Just because we are on an enhanced community quarantine doesn’t mean you are not allowed to have social contacts with your loved ones. For one, Tiktok users are bringing people together with memes about coping with Covid-19. You can also simply get busy too. Spend time with your kids and parents. Organize your clutter at home. Clean every corner of your house. Binge-watch episodes of your favorite TV show.

Watching news that constantly talks about death tolls, and reading reports that emphasize how many are sick, can cause anxiety for most individuals. Fortunately, pandemics disappear almost as quickly as they begin. As you learn more about the outbreak, take steps in taking care of your mental health. Protect yourself. Be proactive about your entire well-being during these times of uncertainty.
